Why does my password not work?
Please note that your username may be entered any way you prefer: all caps, all lower case, or a mixture, but your password IS ‘case sensitive’ and will only work if you enter it exactly the same way as you originally filled in the subscription form. If you forget what it was or how you entered it, you can always change it by clicking on the ‘Forgot Password’ link immediately above the Log-In button on the Log-In page.
How do I renew?
We will notify you by including a reminder with the last issue of your subscription. At this time there is no separate page for renewals. Simply use the subscribe page, but note that if your subscription lapses, your renewal will start with the NEXT issue to appear. But remember you can always buy the current issue as a ‘back issue’ at the special subscriber’s discount.
When does my subscription begin?
When will I start receiving DVDs?
You will start receiving DVDs with the NEXT issue. We currently publish four issues a year (appearing usually at the beginning of January, April, July, and October), and you will receive all four issues, beginning with the NEXT issue to appear after your subscription is received.
If you would like a copy of the current issue, you may order this as a ‘back issue’ at the subscriber’s rate of $9.00 (plus $2.00 shipping and handling per single copy).
When can I start viewing videos on the website?
Your log-in ID (the email address you registered) is immediately valid, and you will be able to access our entire library on the website for an entire year starting on the day your subscription is processed, i.e., the day you receive your subscription confirmation by email.
Please note: only subscribers who subscribe online (thereby providing an email address and a password) are able to ‘log in’ and view videos and buy back issues at a discount.
